Our office staff is always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork. We'll work with your insurance provider to make sure that your coverage is explained to you, and we'll help you use your insurance dollars to your maximum advantage. We do all the work for you when it comes to insurance; we take care handling all the insurance claims for you! For that part of your bill not covered by insurance dollars, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Cash, checks, and we even office a payment plan thru Care Credit that offers 0% interest for up to 12 months!
When you pay in advance for your entire treatment plan, you get 20 tickets put into our regular Grand-Prize Drawing.
